The Academy
Based in the heart of East Sussex the Pass & Move Football Academy is a full time football programme which offers a fantastic pathway into semi profesisonal football.
We aim to create the perfect elite environment for aspiring footballers being released by professional and semi professional clubs as well as the games late developers.
Our club partnership with Pass & Move provides genuine player pathway for players aged 16-23.

Facilities
We design your timetable with you in mind, meaning you'll get the best from your qualification and your training. As well as weekly sessions from dedicated coaches, you’ll have opportunities to compete at your level of football.
You’ll benefit from our extensive links with professional and non-league clubs, allowing you to combine playing for the club and progressing through the pathway. There will also be opportunities to play professional teams in exhibition fixtures, participate in our Winter Showcase Tour to Spain and play regular fixtures in the SGI League.
Our campus will help improve all aspects of your game on-site with access to all-weather 3G pitches and grass pitches providing the perfect surface to play football. You’ll also benefit from access to our performance analysis through VEO technology, Strength and conditioning coaches, physiotherapists, and nutritionists to lifestyle management and game analysis will keep you performing at your peak.
As a talented footballer you'll have the chance to study, train and play in an environment that 's as close to a professional football club as it gets.
Players will train full time and combine the football programme with qualifications in the sports industry. This will help balance studies and football commitments whilst students also benefit from the established club pathway.
Whilst in the development teams, high performing players will be selected to impress the first team with some competing in showcase games where they can impress senior management staff for a first team contract.
Regular showcase fixtures are arranged so players can also impress staff and get scouted by other football clubs.
Fixtures have been arranged previously with the likes of Arsenal, Brighton & Hove Albion, Portsmouth, Aldershot Town, Charlton Athletic, Port Vale, Stevenage and Sutton United.
